Sales Representative (Job Code: 93)

Avenda Systems is looking for a Sales Representative that provides critical pre-sales support and outstanding customer service through activities that include lead follow-up, interfacing with our partners, recommending the appropriate solution, new deal quotes and maintenance of a sales force database.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to an assigned territory by acquiring enterprise class customer accounts
  • Be a primary liaison between the customer and the support team at Avenda
  • Manage and grow a pipeline that includes forecasting, customer and partner engagement, and attend industry events to promote Avenda's solution advantage
The successful candidate will have:
  • A successful background working with enterprise class customers
  • Sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
  • Proven ability to engage at all levels of management and staff
  • Some understanding of how to grow a territory through resellers, events, etc.
  • Experience and familiarity with networking and security concepts a plus
Education / Work Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years recent sales experience a must
  • Bachelor's degree required
