Krishna has over 17 years of experience in the systems and networking industry, including founding of two successful start-ups prior to Avenda. Before founding Avenda, Krishna was at Cisco Systems where he was Director of Engineering in the Security Technology Group. Krishna also worked in the Voice Technology Group and the Network Management Group at Cisco. He led a high-performance team that successfully developed and released 18 different products in the seven years he worked at Cisco. Prior to Cisco, Krishna was the CEO of Devsoft Corporation which was acquired by Cisco in 1998. Devsoft and Cisco co-developed user registration, administration and tracking components for policy networking in Cisco's enterprise products. This co-developed technology is precursor to the IEEE 802.1x standard. Devsoft's extensive experience developing policy control software helped Cisco accelerate the delivery of end-to-end policy networking solutions for their CiscoAssure Policy Networking initiative. In addition to Cisco and Devsoft, Krishna has worked in the systems engineering groups at Sun Microsystems and Advanced Micro Devices.  He was also the founding CEO and the idea-man behind MarketTools that was started as a spin-off from Devsoft in 1997. MarketTools is now a successful company based in San Francisco with 450 employees worldwide. Krishna holds an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with distinction from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, India.

Santhosh has over 17 years of product design, development and management experience in the computer industry. Prior to co-founding Avenda Systems, Santhosh was at Cisco Systems for over 7 years, where he was a Senior Manager and Technical Leader in security, voice and network management technology groups; he led the design and development of several successful products in the VoIP and network management areas. Prior to Cisco, Santhosh was a Principal Engineer at Devsoft Corporation, which was acquired by Cisco in 1998.  Prior to Devsoft he ran a successful software consulting business in Silicon Valley for 5 years, where he spearheaded multiple high profile projects from concept to deployment in companies such as Netcom, Aspect Telecommunications, Concentric Networks and Visions of Reality. Earlier in his career, he also held engineering positions at David Systems and Intel Corporation. Santhosh holds an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut, India.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the computer communications industry and holds over ten patents in the areas of computer networks and distributed systems. Prior to joining Avenda, Michael was at Cisco Systems where he was Director of Engineering in the Security Technology Group. In this position, he was responsible for the development of new architectures and products in the area of network security infrastructure. Specifically, he led an advanced development team that was responsible for driving the architecture and specifications of multi-product security initiative called Cisco Trusted Security (TrustSec). Also while at Cisco, Michael was with the Enterprise Business Unit where he was responsible for several product features including routing enhancements, quality of service (QoS) architectures, and operating systems architectures. In addition, Michael has worked with several startup companies in the areas of wireless networking, network management, and Ethernet switching. He was also at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Principal Engineer in the Network Architecture Group. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with distinction from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Joe Kushi has more than 17 years of global networking sales and marketing experience with technology leaders such as Funk Software, FTP Software, and, most recently, with Juniper Networks. With an established track record of delivering sustained growth and profits, Joe also has significant experience in strategically expanding market share, and in identifying critical partnership opportunities and new sales and channel strategies globally. Most recently as Director of International Sales in the Software Security Division of Juniper, Joe was responsible for managing international channels and multiple international sales and marketing offices. Joe came to Juniper via its 2005 acquisition of Funk Software where he was serving as Director of International Sales. During his tenure at Funk, Joe oversaw the growth of the international division from a disparate collection of resellers into a closely knit global sales arm of the company. Joe has had 2 professional expatriate assignments; Paris, France (FTP Software, Manager, European Sales) and Brussels, Belgium (Image Systems Technology, Manager, European Sales). In addition, Joe has worked to secure OEM deals with some of the largest vendors in the industry. He received his BA from Siena College and the Universite de Paul Valery (Montpellier, France, Fac. des letters) and his Masters Degree from the American University, Washington, D.C.

Indra has over 20 years experience in the Computer Networking and Life Science industries, where he has held strategic executive positions. Before joining Avenda Systems, Indra served as the strategic adviser to the CEO at PhyNexus, a life sciences company which automates miniaturized protein purification for drug discovery. He has executed tactical projects for Chakshu Research, Acclarent, and Exploramed. Prior to the life-sciences interlude, Indra served as Interim CFO at AOC Corporation and Translucent Photonics. Indra was part of the founding team and CFO at Lightbit, an optical wavelength conversion company acquired by Arasor (traded on the ASX). At Lucent, he launched a funded company that productized Bell Labs research. Indra co-founded Network Tools, a company engaged in network design automation. Just before that, Indra held senior technical marketing positions at Bay Networks/SynOptics. Indra managed the CAD systems engineering group at Advanced Micro Devices before SynOptics. Indra holds an MS degree from Penn State University and a B. Tech. (Hons) degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Prasadrao has over 33 years of experience in various engineering industries at several locations in India. Prasadrao has extensive experience successfully taking key operational roles and responsibilities in these industries.  His key roles included general administration and management, business operations, financials, marketing and human resources. Prasadrao currently manages the operations of Avenda India in Bangalore. He is responsible for general administration, financials, recruitment and project/program management. In addition, Prasadrao brings tremendous knowledge, contacts and experience essential for local approvals, clearances and licensing. Prasadrao holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Andhra University.
