Receptionists, department heads, office administrators and other staff are granted permissions based on certain conditions (role, location, and security standing) allowing them to assign an individual account or a group of user accounts. For example, a receptionist may have the ability to provide Internet access to visitors while a department administrator can grant access to internal resources and labs as well. There are several settings that can be configured to provide your system administrator with complete control over which parameters your individual sponsors can utilize when creating guest accounts.
